Return And Exchange Policy

We’re confident you’re going to love your new Luxx Linens™, but in case you don’t, we still want to make sure you have a great experience.
We’ve done our due diligence, and work hard to bring you the best products we possibly can at a great value, but we also know there is no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to bedding.
So give us a try, and if you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll do our absolute best to make it right.
EXCHANGE: Whether you purchase directly from Luxx Linens™, or through a third-party reseller organization, we will exchange any unopened product in original packaging for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your order. You will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with returning the unwanted item as well as shipping cost of $12.95 for the first set of sheets/pillowcases, and $4.95 per set thereafter for replacement items being shipped to the same address.
REPLACE: Whether you purchase directly from Luxx Linens™ or through a third-party reseller organization, we will replace any damaged or defective products for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your order, at no cost to you. Please take a picture of the damage/defective product and be prepared to describe the damage, including whether or not the damage appears to have occurred during shipping. We will provide you with shipping instructions and a shipping label, if applicable, to return the damaged or defective item(s), and we will ship replacements (same item(s) only) to replace the damaged or defective products at no cost to you.
RETURN FOR REFUND: If you purchase directly from Luxx Linens™, you have 10 days from delivery to return your items for a full refund (less shipping). If you purchase through a third-party reseller organization, refunds are at their sole discretion. You will have to contact the organization you purchased from to find out their policy on Returns for a Refund. If you are a third-party reseller organization, we will support your decision to offer refunds should you choose to do so. For items returned to us within 10 days of delivery that are in original, unwashed, “new” condition and original packaging, we will refund your organization 100% of the purchase price less applicable shipping.
In order to initiate an Exchange, Replacement or Return for Refund, please complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once you do, together we’ll determine the best way to get your specific situation taken care of. You can fill out the online RMA by clicking HERE.
Once we have evaluated your specific situation and needs, Luxx Linens™ will provide you with the details, information and address necessary to ship/return your items for Refund, Exchange or Replacement as may be applicable.
